All Vendors are responsible for their own power, lights and set up. Please be sure to read the rules and regulations below before registering.

food vendors
To ensure a variety of food options, food vendors will go through an application process. If accepted, the food vendor will be notified and sent an invoice. The payment will be due within two business days of the invoice being sent. If the payment is not made, the event organizers reserve the right to cancel the invoice and open the spot to another applicant.
PLEASE NOTE: WE ALREADY WORK WITH A BAR SERVICE AND ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCOMODATE ANY OTHER VENDOR THAT SERVES ALCOHOL.
Entree Food Vendors
$400
Space can be up to 10×30, food trucks and trailers welcome. Additional space needed may require an additional fee.
All food vendors selling a meal must register in this category.
Includes 4 GA Wristbands for workers
NOTE: Any vendor that serves entree or main course items that signs up in a different category will not be accepted.
Drink/dessert/snack vendors
$300
Space can be up to 10×20. Additional apace needed may require an additional fee.
Vendors in this catagory may not sell entree items.
Includes 3 GA Wristbands for workers
Additional workers must purchase GA tickets.
retail vendors
Retail vendors may register and pay for the event online. If for some reason a vendor cannot be accepted, a full refund will be issued as soon as possible.

Additional workers must purchase GA tickets. Not all vendors can be accepted. If your application cannot be accepted, you will be notified and refunded as soon as possible. If a food vendor that prepares food on site registers as a retail vendor, the submission will not be accepted and the payment will be refunded minus a 5% processing fee.
